asc77 Terms and Conditions

This terms and conditions document forms a binding legal agreement between asc77 and users of its platform. asc77 is an online gaming platform that provides various sports-based entertainment services to users in Bangladesh.

By using our services through the asc77 website, mobile application, or any other digital channel, you will be considered to have fully agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

This document has been prepared in Bengali and that version carries the highest authority. asc77 reserves the right to amend or change these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered automatic acceptance of the new terms.

To use asc77 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must have a valid and active mobile number or email address.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.

asc77 may request supporting documents for age verification at any time. Failure to provide a National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate may result in temporary account suspension. If underage registration is detected, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

Each user may operate only one asc77 account. Creating more than one account by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full legal name (as shown on your National ID)
• Active mobile number
• A valid email address
• Correct date of birth

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any other person to access your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the asc77 support team immediately. The account holder will be fully responsible for all activity that occurs on the account.

asc77 does not permit the transfer of account ownership. Direct transfer of funds from one account to another person's account is also prohibited.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at asc77 is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on our platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit for each method is ৳300.
• If the deposit amount is correct, it is generally credited to the account instantly.
• If a deposit is delayed in processing, please contact the support team.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at asc77 is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, for bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may apply.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• The withdrawal amount must come from a free balance after wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.

asc77 regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Our current welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus applies to new members only and can be received once.
• The bonus is up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Wagering requirement to withdraw the bonus: 20 times (20x) the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Bets must be placed within the set time limit to meet the wagering requirement.
• A maximum bet limit applies when wagering from the bonus balance.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• asc77 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without giving a reason.
• If bonus benefits are misused, the account will be investigated and may be cancelled if necessary.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or other fraudulent methods is prohibited.
• In any dispute related to bonuses, the decision of asc77 will be considered final.

All games available on asc77 are operated according to specific rules. The specific rules for each game can be found on that game's description page.

• The results of all games are determined through fair and verifiable technology.
• If a disconnection occurs during a game, the data stored on asc77's servers will be considered final.
• Any payout incorrectly issued due to a technical error may be corrected at a later time.
• If a player is found using unauthorized software or techniques, the account will be cancelled immediately.
• For sports betting, only the official results from the relevant sports body (BPL, ICC, etc.) will be considered valid.

asc77 operates games under agreements with game providers. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend a game if there is an issue with that game provider's system.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the asc77 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering an account by providing false or incorrect information.
• Using the platform for illegal money laundering or financing of terrorism.
• Affecting the system through hacking, manipulation, or other technical misuse.
• Misuse of bonus benefits (bonus hunting, fizzle betting, etc.).
• Harassing or threatening other players.
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage the asc77 brand or reputation.
• Using a third-party credit card or payment method.
• Attempting to illegally influence the outcome of a game.

asc77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete age verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Account inactive for an extended period.
• At the user's own request for self-exclusion.

Users may also close their account at any time by notifying the asc77 support team in writing. The opportunity to withdraw a verified balance will be given before the account is closed; however, the balance of an account closed due to fraud will be forfeited.

asc77 gives the highest priority to protecting your personal information. All data on our platform is kept secure using SSL encryption technology. We never sell your information to third parties.
